Are the items shown available?
Some of them. Many of them items are custom made when ordered. However, some items are on hand and available. One way to determine if an item is to search by "Categories" and search under "On Hand" anything in that category is available.
What is your return policy?
My goal is to provide quality products and superior service along with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the finished product, I will keep the completed product and refund the money upon inspection. For special orders, once you accept delivery the sale is complete and money will not be refunded.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, message me or give me a call and I can get you a give card for the amount you would like and will work with the recipient on the product of their choosing. Gift Certificates are good for one year.
I see a section titled Available Blanks, what is that?
That section is the various shirts we carry and the colors we carry. We do not have a lot on hand, however our turnaround time on ordering in shirts is very quick. Being a very small in-home business, we do not have a lot of stock, so we place small orders as needed.  We try to showcase the available items in the "Blanks" section to allow customers to see what is available for custom shirts.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is based on weight. I use the most cost-effective method. Orders over $150 ship free. Local delivery ($5) or pickup available with proper arrangements.
How do custom orders work?
For custom orders you can complete the information sheet on the front page or message me with your order. We will work together to ensure we are on the same page of what you are wanting. If the order is over $50 a deposit of 1/2 down is required with balance due on completion. Depending on the item turnaround time is generally within a week to 10 days for pillows, bowl cozy, burp cloths, etc. If it is for a quilt or blanket the time will be adjusted accordingly, but an estimate will be provided up front.
